Nephi isn't a conspiracy theorist and her scholarly foundation is based in hard science--that said, she's willing to be open minded and enthusiastic about what other people wont. Nephi was born to Populares-aligned family in Garlemald and there she was raised and received her education. She set off on her own as a refugee once the civil unrest following Emperor Varis' demise ensued and has been traveling ever since. Though only known in scholarly circles for her work in aetherology, it's possible other Garlean citizens may know her.- Awkward
Nephi would really like to have lots of friends but unfortunately she's very awkward and sheltered and it shows. She still does try her best to navigate social situations and act cool, but often fails miserably. If a person bumps into her she'll try her best to turn that into a meaningful connection, often times to the chagrin of those unlucky enough to have crossed her path.
